Studenten brouwen eigen drankje

Je hoort en ziet studenten. Ze verslepen aardappels, zijn in de weer met glazen buisjes en klinken enthousiast. Je ruikt alcohol. Zou het smaken?

Studenten en drank is een beproefde combinatie. Studentenvereniging Osiris wil graag een eigen kruidenbitter ontwikkelen, met een Friese aardappelsoort. Op 8 juli laten de studenten het proces van kruidenbitter maken zien.
